Who Is TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

TabTrade — The Short Version

TabTrade opened in Q1 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

The BlackBull connection matters. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. Still better than a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys went the other way. Not the typical playbook.

What you can trade: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, shares, crypto, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For a platform this new, that range is broad.

What You Trade On

Available: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, automated trading, huge user base. If you have traded on MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Faster charting. cBot support. Many people prefer it once they try it.

FIX API is available for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is apparently on the roadmap. That will round things out when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade sometimes sits under half a pip. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not for typical accounts. Skip it unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The speed is where this broker actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. Those are proper execution targets. Most retail brokers quote a much wider range.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, it does. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. The point is the infrastructure is there. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Combine those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the total package makes sense. Not many platforms in this bracket offer execution like this.

Safety

Now, the part that requires honesty. Tab Trade is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a problem for you, look elsewhere. There are ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It should be part of how you think about it.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.

Welcome Offer

Tab Trade offers bonus funds of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You put money in, TabTrade add bonus funds. The normal fine print: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you commit.
